As a leader in Workplace Financial Literacy for over two decades, LFE has specialized in Financial Wellness for employees through its skill-based workshops. The current economy’s negative affect on employees and increased ERISA-related liability concerns are motivating employers to seek a more full-service approach to Financial Literacy solutions for employees. LFE sells no products or services to employees, but offers the following results-oriented services to help employees make smart, informed financial decisions throughout their work lives. |

LFE’s unique, skill-based workshops, taught by unbiased Certified Instructors, have helped more than 500,000 employees learn how to stretch their paychecks, reduce their debts, ease family conflicts over money, avoid financial traps, and master investment basics. LFE Instructors show employees how to “find” an extra $4,000 - $7,000/year … without adding a dime to the payroll! While online programs can help employees calculate "what-if" scenarios or learn basic financial information, employers have learned that the most effective way to solve employee problems and change attitudes or behaviors whenever emotions are involved is through skill-based education. LFE has specialized in developing skill-based curriculum that generates the specific results employers are looking for today. |

Most Money Coaches only address investment, retirement and/or insurance questions. LFE’s approved Money Coach Providers address more than 200 financial topics, and have all met LFE’s strict qualifications and screening process.
